How Is Your Mindset Right Now? Can you or Can’t You? Your in Control!

Begin fresh with a new way of thinking. “I can get it done”, “I will get it done”, and most importantly “I will find a way”

If you say, “ you can’t” You are right!

I don't know how many times I said the words, "I can't" when I first started out. I also can't remember how many times my son Keith Wellman told me that if I was going to continue to choose to say the words, "I CAN'T," then I should just pack it all in and just go back home and look for another dead end job that was going to get me to the same point that the last 30 years got me to. LAID OFF! and drowning in debt.

You can do what you need to do, you just might not know exactly what it is that you need to do or how to do it. But there are ways to figure that out if you really have the desire to make things work.

Dixie and I deal with Layoff Your Boss students all of the time that say I just can't do this, but with a little extra help and encouragement it is proven otherwise.

The other biggest problem we face is dealing with students who have been beat down over time and feel like they have no value whatsoever to offer.

Oh do we love that challenge. Doesn't take long at all to prove to the person we are talking to that they have tremendous value to offer, and it's off to the races we go, and they begin to feel that sense of pride and self-worth once again.

I realize life has a way of beating us down, and even those that are closest to us seem to beat up on us with their lack of encouragement in what we are trying to do.

I can't imagine trying to go through what I went through when I was just getting started if I did not have the faithful support of my wonderful wife Lorraine, believing in me and telling me to do what my heart and God said to do and she would just be there for me.

You need someone in your life to keep you lifted up and encouraged.

Ok enough on that let's move on...

Before you get into Online Marketing you need to ask yourself some very important questions...

Do you have the drive that it will take to accomplish your goals?
What interests, talents, skills and strengths do I have that will assist me in running my new business?
What are my strengths and weaknesses?
Do I enjoy challenges?
Do I really have a money making idea?
Who are my ideal target customers?
Who is my competition?
What do I offer that the competition doesn't -- what makes my services or product unique above my competitors
Have I established my personal and business goals?
Am I a self starter?
Will I be doing work that is meaningful and really interests and excites me?

I want to talk to you for a minute on this last question. It will be more fun and rewarding if what you are doing really speaks to who you are and the things you hold dear. When we’re engaged in doing something rewarding it helps to motivate you to keep going even when things get tough.

After my launch of Layoff Your Boss I thought I was setting great.

I just had a launch that generated over $104,349 in just under 30 days. Not to shabby for a first launch that I put together with my son Keith Wellman and the help of some very awesome JV Partners.

About 3 months after the launch I was ready to quit...why? Because I did not enjoy what I was doing and I did not look forward to doing it again just to make more money. I know AWWW... we feel so sorry for you right.

Well think about how you like getting up every day and going into work for someone else while all of your dreams set on a shelf on hold because you have no time to do what you really love doing. It really isn't any different. If you do not enjoy what you are doing the money is not going to really feel all that great.

It wasn't until my second product the Millionaire Boss that was a great product, just not marketed right failed to do what I was hoping it would do.

I got kind of upset and was ready to quit, but instead I decided I was just going to basically give not only the product but all of the coaching I was planning on doing with it as a residual income away to those that bought it for $37.

All I have to say is that for those of you that did not get in on The Millionaire Boss really missed out. You received more value from that one product than any other product I have ever seen.

But for that one time $37 those that bought ended up with the ebook, the audio interviews, the how to tech videos, 6 months of teleseminars and webinars, and I put them into mastermind groups and got on all the calls to help them out.

I still have customers taking advantage of the services I provided, and are still enjoying their Mastermind that my partner Dixie Brown and I still get on with them.

Out of that product evolved Layoff Your Boss 2, and Layoff Your Boss Success one-on-one coaching that my partner and I run together.

We found out from our customers what it was they were needing from us to get started on the Internet and we began to put it into our programs.

I love working with people....I enjoy teaching and training...When Dixie and I get on the calls and the webinars, I feel that skip back in my step that says this is it. This is what I was called to do.

I now get up in the mornings thankful for what I have and am doing...and I lay my head down at night knowing I did something that gave of value to someone else, and I really made a difference.

What you do has to be meaningful, or you will not last.

What I don't want you to do right now is to get hung up on making sure that what you get started doing is your true passion in life.
